It's vintage week over at 365 Cards, and I'm tagging along. First up is Day 168, vintage + red. This card is based on the sketch over at Cupcake Craft Challenges.
Just a simple layout, using blocks of distressed, stamped papers. They have all been stitched for a shabby finish. The top left block is covered in crackle paint to give it a subtle difference from the block below. The butterflies have been embossed in distress EP and the fairy has been raised with foam pads for more dimension.
I'm also playing along with Make My Monday, Simply Create, Flutter By Wednesday & Pollycraft Monday Challenge.
supplies: image from The Graphics Fairy, lifestyle crafts die, Tim Holtz stamps, distress ink, Ranger distress crackle paint, distress embossing powder, Viva Decor pearl pen.
