Another ATC today...

I'm attempting a Tim Holtz technique to play over at Studio L3's Grungy Monday 11. I'm also entering the following challenges; City Crafter Challenge Blog Week #61, Simon Says Stamp and Show Your Distressed/Torn Edges, The Stamp Man Challenge #25, Top Tip Tuesday #38 and 365 Cards Day 106.

pink & brown tilda

My first attempt at Tilda. She was coloured with distress inks and, would you believe it, glimmer mist! It can't quite be seen here, but there's actually some sparkle in the image. =)

This card is inspired by the challenges at Card Patterns, Crafts and Me and TOMIC. It's also playing along with Magnolia Stamp Lovers' Anything Goes challenge.

Another ATC today, the pair to the previous one. It's a 2-card swap. Again, the image is courtesy of VintageHolidayCrafts.com

I'm still playing along with CAS-ual Fridays's Tic-Tac-Toe, but taking a different line ~ chipboard, dies or punch, twine. I also drew inspiration from the photo over at Our Creative Corner. I used the colour palette, and a circle element (the button, for the ruffled pillow). This is also entered into the challenge at Creative Card Crew (wings) and Papertake Weekly (anything goes).

It's been awhile since I last posted here. The kids are having their school holidays, so we've been visiting and doing other things. I guess one can live without blogs (for a while, at least!) LOL

Anyway, I've got an ATC today. Made this for a swap via yahoogroup. The theme is vintage bird, and the image is courtesy of VintageHolidayCrafts.com.
